  • Bihar Swad does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Incorrect pricing or product information
    • Payment issues
    • Delivery limitations
    • Suspected fraud or misuse

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded as per our refund policy.

5. Shipping & Deliver

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Bihar Swad is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the order is shipped.
  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:
    • Damaged products at the time of delivery
    • Incorrect item received

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.
